Find the right fit for your lifestyle and needs.
In the distinctive setting of Medford Leas and its surrounding Barton Arboretum and Nature Preserve, you can choose from an array of home styles across two campuses, including apartments, townhomes and patio homes – all designed and sited to blend seamlessly into the surrounding woodlands and meadows.
The Medford campus contains three neighborhoods. These neighborhoods showcase a variety of housing styles, as well as a wide choice of floor plans and spaces ranging from studios to spacious townhomes featuring great rooms, basements, lofts and garages. Thoughtfully landscaped pathways and graciously covered enclosed walkways link many of the residences to the community building.
This carefully integrated environment creates a uniquely natural, peaceful and relaxing everyday living experience for residents, staff and visitors alike. The Medford campus is also home to our Health Center, providing a wide range of continuing care services such as primary care needs, long-term care, rehabilitation and skilled nursing.
Our Lumberton campus spans 88-acres and extends the natural world of the Barton Arboretum and Nature Preserve from the nearby Medford campus. Here, residents enjoy all the benefits of life at Medford Leas with even more home choices. Approximately half the acreage is devoted to 110 clustered homes offering a choice of one-, two- and three-bedroom designs. Living space options abound, with some homes featuring home offices, walkout and finished basements, year-round sunrooms, lofts and whirlpool tubs.
Step outside and you will be immersed in a beautiful, tranquil natural environment featuring wildflower meadows, naturalized basins and, at the foot of the campus plateau, the Rancocas Creek, which winds through woodlands and wetlands. Whether you enjoy walking on paved pathways or along natural footpaths with a near-wilderness feel, the beauties of nature will always be right outside your door.
Townhomes and Patio Homes
The Medford campus offers one, two or three-bedroom townhomes or one or two-bedroom patio homes within two distinct neighborhoods: Bridlington and Rushmore. The Lumberton campus setting holds a neighborhood of 110 clustered, attractively arranged townhomes, offering one, two and three bedroom layouts; some also feature walk-out or finished basements, year-round sunrooms, gas fireplaces, third bathrooms, lofts and cathedral ceilings.
Courtyard Garden Apartments
The Courtyard Garden Apartment neighborhood of Medford Leas holds some of the most convenient homes. These garden-style apartments are linked to one another by a series of covered, enclosed walkways, and are located within easy walking distance to the amenities and health services at the Community Building. Residences include a variety of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom styles; all have patios and feature private entrances, opening onto individually designed and landscaped courtyards.
