Chief Executive Officer
Jeremy Vickers has served as Chief Executive Officer at Medford Leas since 2010. He began his career as a nursing home administrator and subsequently held senior management positions in for-profit and not-for-profit communities in New York and Connecticut, including 13 years as CEO of a nationally acclaimed senior living organization. Immediately before joining Medford Leas, Jeremy worked for a national CCRC development company based in New Jersey. He brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare and senior living and has developed a stellar reputation within the field. Jeremy earned his BA in economics from Hartwick College in New York and his Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from Sage Graduate School in New York. He currently serves as a member of the boards of Friends Services for the Aging, Peace Church Risk Retention Group (president) and Caring Communities. He is a past member of the boards of LeadingAge Connecticut, the New Canaan (CT) YMCA and served on the House of Delegates of LeadingAge (formerly the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging).
