Bald Eagle, Red Tailed Hawk, Great Horned Owl, Great Blue Heron, Northern Flicker, Red Bellied Woodpecker, Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, Ring-billed Gulls and much much more. Actually there were two winter bird census. On the Medford campus there were 27 species, 800 birds; at the 17th winter census on the Lumberton Campus there were 34 species and more than 2000 birds, more than a thousand of those were Canada Geese. Both campuses had swarms of Robins filling up on bright red Holly berries.
