Medford Leas Names New President and Chief Executive Officer, Len Weiser, after Nationwide Search
— MEDFORD, NJ (August 20, 2026) — The Estaugh Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that it has appointed Len Weiser as President and Chief Executive Officer of Medford Leas, effective in late September. Len will succeed current President and CEO Jeremy Vickers, whose 15 years of outstanding leadership and dedicated service has included guiding Medford Leas through a significant transformation of its campuses and positioning the organization to thrive well into the future. After an extensive national search, the board has found in Len an ideal candidate who shares the vision and mission of Medford Leas and brings experience, enthusiasm, passion, and genuine caring with him to the position.

Len brings more than 25 years of experience in senior living and healthcare. Most recently serving as an industry consultant and interim CEO of a not-for-profit senior living organization in Bethlehem, PA, his previous leadership roles include President and CEO, Executive Director, Nursing Home Administrator, and Director of Nursing. Throughout his career, Len has exuded passion for and commitment to the senior services industry, which has led him to Medford Leas today.
Asked for his leadership philosophy, Len shared, “The very best senior living communities are places where people continue to grow, contribute, live with purpose, and genuinely belong. Len holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Rutgers University, a master’s degree in nursing leadership from Wilmington University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Wilmington University. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Len and his husband, David, enjoy traveling, being outdoors, supporting local arts and community organizations, and spending time with their three adult children and
family/friends.
