110 homes are situated on the 89 acres of green space, meadows and woods of the Lumberton campus. The campus is protected and nurtured as an extension of the Barton Arboretum and Nature Preserve.
In addition to the amenities only minutes away on the Medford campus, Lumberton has its own 5,700-square-foot community center, art gallery, library, outdoor pool and spa, tennis courts, woodworking shop and more.
Our Lumberton campus is located along the main branch of the Rancocas Creek in the historic town of Lumberton. Here, a beautiful arboretum setting holds 110 clustered, attractively arranged homes on an open plateau. The townhomes offer one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts; some also feature walk-out or finished basements, year-round sunrooms, fireplaces, and third bathrooms. The two and three-bedroom homes include lofts and cathedral ceilings. The independent living Lumberton campus is designed for active adults age 55+ who may or may not yet choose continuing care and healthcare support, with two contracts available: The Residence Agreement, with options for fee-for-service healthcare and future transition to the Residence and Care Agreement, (better known as Lifecare – certain restrictions apply).
It’s easier to make a decision for your future when you have all the information you need.
