Our Lumberton campus is located along the main branch of the Rancocas Creek in the historic town of Lumberton. Here, a beautiful arboretum setting holds 110 clustered, attractively arranged homes on an open plateau. The townhomes offer one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts; some also feature walk-out or finished basements, year-round sunrooms, fireplaces, and third bathrooms. The two and three-bedroom homes include lofts and cathedral ceilings. The independent living Lumberton campus is designed for active adults age 55+ who may or may not yet choose continuing care and healthcare support, with two contracts available: The Residence Agreement, with options for fee-for-service healthcare and future transition to the Residence and Care Agreement, (better known as Lifecare – certain restrictions apply).
