Medford Campus
The Medford campus offers one, two or three-bedroom townhomes or one or two-bedroom patio homes, as well as apartments ranging from studios to generous two-bedroom accommodations across the 168-acre arboretum and nature preserve with three distinct neighborhoods: Bridlington, Rushmore and the Garden Homes.
The campus also includes extensive fitness, recreational and cultural activities and facilities, a variety of dining venues, and numerous amenities. The Health Center has a full range of accommodations for primary care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care needs.

Garden Homes
Some of the most convenient homes are the Garden Homes. These one-level, garden-style apartments are clustered and linked to one another by a series of covered, enclosed walkways, and are located within easy walking distance to the amenities and health services at the Community Center. Residences include a variety of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom styles; all have patios and feature private entrances, opening onto individually designed and landscaped courtyards.
Bridlington Town Homes
Deigned and sited to blend seamlessly into the surrounding woodlands and meadows, our lovely Bridlington neighborhood features spacious townhomes with one, two or three-bedroom options, modern kitchens, living rooms with vaulted ceilings, sun rooms, basements, an attached garage and outdoor deck. Bridlington Townhomes provide ample indoor living space while staying connected to the outdoor natural beauty of our Medford campus.
Rushmore
Patio Homes
If spacious, one floor living is your preference, than a beautiful Rushmore Patio Home may be the right choice for you! These homes are attractively designed for comfort and modern convenience, with full kitchens, open floor plans, and one or two-bedroom options. Like all of our neighborhoods, each Rushmore home has the added attraction of experiencing nature at your doorstep, and gorgeous views of woodlands from your outdoor patio.
Our Amenities
On the Medford Campus is the Community Building, the 79,145-square foot centerpiece of the community that is home to a number of services and activities. Here, you will find dining options, a 310-seat theater, a thrift shop for the basics, and even a wood and metalworking shop.
