- Bluebirds in box behind Ava’s. Not sure of status of young, but lots of insect gathering by parents that perch on corner of porch roofs
- Active House wren nesting in box attached to Mary’s deck, and in box hanging from crab apple in back of my unit.
- Active Carolina Chickadee nesting in box in back of Joe’s.
- Cardinal nesting in bush alongside of Liz’s residence.
- Carolina Wren nesting (complete and successful) in box behind Jean.
- Multiple active tree swallow nests in boxes in middle and upper meadow.
- Multiple robin nests in maples abounding meadow and under raised porches
- Greater fly catcher nesting in pines next to garden shed.
- Grey Catbird nesting in bushes by pumping station
- Goldfinches nesting in River birches at lower end of meadow.
